Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of private events must be within 14 days of the event date. Booking fees are non refundable and must be received to save the date.  

Refund Policy:

If something comes up and you are unable to attend we will offer you a credit and reschedule your booking to another date. We don't offer refunds.

BYO: 

The Painting Party studio is BYO food and beverages.  We have a refrigerator and glasses for your convenience.  Where Painting Parties are in public venues, the terms will be listed on each event regarding BYO and licensed venues.

Time to Arrive:

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the time of your session.  This gives you time to get your drinks and nibblies sorted and get ready to paint your masterpiece. At the studio, we have a locker for your bags at the entrance.

Photos:

We take lots of photos at Painting Party and at the end of each one we are happy to share them with you.  We often use these photos on our socials.  Please let us know if you do not want your photo taken and or shared on Social media.  We respect your preference.
